Once inside our secure investor portal, you can review detailed property descriptions, videos and photos. You also can read our financial projections, strategy for improving the property and highly detailed memorandums.
We also offer a personal touch. Upon registration, we’ll send you contact information for your personal investment contact. Please schedule a call with him or her to further your research and answer your questions.
Invest alongside us in either our third fund or individual properties. As an investor in Fund III, you will be guaranteed a portion of every investment Origin makes and will be diversified across more than a dozen properties.
Your personal investment contact will help you navigate the entire process. When you have completed the paperwork, you will receive wiring instructions from our external fund administrator. Once funded, you will be able to access the details of your investment and track performance through your personal portfolio page in our secure portal.
